Clover's Commisions

I only take payments through Paypal. Please pay in usd. I will give my payment information once you have contacted me about a commission.

Prices on my page are subject to change. If prices increase prior to receiving a piece you will not be charged extra.

Never send a payment without approval.

I ask that you pay 100% of the cost up front. If this isn't possible, I am willing to discuss multiple payments.

Bulk payments may be payed together or separately.

If possible, please provide a clear, digital reference of what you would like me to draw. A traditional photo in poor lighting cannot guarantee an accurate representation of your request. (More than one reference is appreciated but not necessary!)

I reserve the right to refuse any commission, especially if it violates my acceptable commission rules.

I am willing to draw animals, humans, and Pokémon. I will not draw complex mech designs. For anything else, feel free to ask!

I will not draw anything with excessive blood or any amount of gore.

I refuse to draw nsfw for people I do not know. If you are a friend of mine or a tumblr mutual, you're welcome to ask. Otherwise, please go to another artist.

I refuse to draw anything promoting bigotry, be it racist, homophobic, transphobic, targeted towards specific religions, etc.

If you purposefully request any blacklisted items, you will be blocked from commissioning me without hesitation.

I do not have to follow through with any piece if no payment has been received.

I will prioritize works that have been payed in full over unpaid or partially paid ones.

Depending on the complexity, commissions may take one or two weeks. If you feel I am taking too long, please reach out to me. You can always request a progress update.

I will send progress updates on the commission. If you wish for me to make any edits, please say so prior to any line art or coloring, as it is difficult to edit beyond this point.

I reserve the right to refuse edits or request additional payment.

Refunds will only be given if the artwork has not been completed.

100% will be returned if I have not started the piece. Otherwise, I will return 75-50% depending on how much I have put into the piece.

If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, you will receive a complete refund.

Only myself, the commissioner, and those I have given explicit permission may use commissioned work.

Unless requested otherwise, I have the right to post commissioned artwork on social media and anywhere else I deem appropriate.

When posting works made by me on social media (i.e. instagram, discord, etc) credit me as the artist (tumblr tag preferred).
